- DO: Check over your email(s) for any spelling errors and/or mistakes
- DON'T: Make sure your email is not too long and/or extended. Some might not want to read it. Make your email(s) short and to the point
- This email is so long. I feel like I'm going to fall asleep.
- Hello Christa, since I was absent yesterday from school, blah blah
- DO: Make sure that you do not use abbreviations such as: LOL, TTYL, HW, etc. Some may misunderstand it or confuse it with something else.
- Hello Mrs.Williams,I need help with last nights hw lol. It is really difficult. I'll be waiting for an email back lol. ttyl, Sandy
- Some of these things in her email are confusing to read.

- This font that she used is difficult to read.
- DON'T: Use cursive fonts in your emails. Keep in mind that some may not be able to read in cursive.
- DO: Make sure you know exactly what topic you are going to be talking about. Think about the topic before hand aswell
- I have to call in sick from work today.
- DON'T: Come across as angry or frustrated in your emails. It may cause distress on the other end or confuse the person on the opposing end as you.
- Hello Miss. Arthur,I will NOT be doing the homework for tonight. It is way too tricky and diffficult, ugh.
