- It has four phases:

Launching your initiative: This phase help orchestrate your effort based on the size of the school and readiness level of your faculty. 3. Sustaining and Integration: Faculty starts sharing curriculum and assessment as well as standards 4. Mapping into the Future: A way to become familiar with 21st century an replace the old.
