THE BIRTH OF JESUS

One day an Angel came to visit a young woman named Mary. He came to tell her some very important news
Mary you will give birth to a baby boy and you will name him Jesus. He is the son of God.
Mary and her husband, Joseph need to travel to Bethlehem which is Joseph's home town. They need to go there because they need to count everyone who lives there.
When Mary and Joseph arrive in Bethlehem after a long journey there are no inns that they can stay in. One of the inn keepers sees that Mary is pregnant and lets them stay in his stable.
You can stay here in my stable.
While they are staying in the stable Mary goes into labour and Jesus is born. Once he is born he is placed in a manger.
Not long after Jesus is born and angel comes to three shepherds on a field to tell them the news. Three wise men also spot a bright star and decide to follow it.
Wow! Look at that bright star. Let's follow it!
Don't be scared. A saviour has been born and you must go see him!.
The six men are all led to the stable were Jesus was born. The three wise men also bought gifts of gold, myrrh and frankincense for Jesus.
