Storyboard Text
- Prospero created a storm to gain revenge on his brother who tried to kill him. Everyone had to abandon ship and swim to the nearby island. The survivors were split up.
- Prospero and his daughter Miranda lived on the island. 12 years ago they were kidnapped and left on a raft at sea to die. Prospero's brother Antonio had schemed with Alonso to get rid of him so that Antonio could take his place as the Duke of Milan.
- Ariel, a sprite, played his flute to charm Ferdinand, Alonso's son, who was separated from his father after the ship wreck ....he finds Miranda and it is love at first sight. This was part of Prospero's plan
- Ariel plays his flute again to charm everyone into sleeping. Only Antonio and Sebastian are left awake...Antonio tells Sebastian to join him in killing Alonso and the others so that he can become ruler of Naples...but their plan is ruined when they all wake up
- Prospero arranges for a phantom banquet to appear. Prospero appears and explains that he was responsible for bringing them all here so that he could confront them about their treachery. Alonso is sorry and Prospero forgives them.
- Ferdinand explains to his father that he is now married to Miranda and they are happy! They all plan to return to Italy where Prospero can be a Duke again.
