- Ever since my mother has passed, there was a prophesy that I would become a great ruler, or teacher. Ever since then I've enjoyed a happy life with my family and been comforted with luxury.
- I must leave my palace and must seek the realm of life where there is no suffering nor death.
- I have traveled many places and yet I still haven't gotten any answers. I will meditate and find out the true meaning myself...
- Wait a minute, I understand the meaning of it now. This understanding was a way toendsuffering. Siddhartha will be no more. I am..Buddha!
- I will teach you the Four Noble Truths that I had discovered while meditating under the Bodhi tree. They explain the true meaning of life and how to end suffering, even the eightfold path which I'll explain later.
