- There was once a man named Sulla who was dictator over Rome. Sulla stepped down from dictatorship during a civil war. Three men named Julius Caesar, Pompey, and Crassus decided to use their wealth to rule Rome and form the first triumvirate of Rome, which is 3 men ruling Rome.
- War Between Octavian and Antony
- Antony how dare you!
- I declare war!
- Crassus ends up dying and the Senate wants just Pompey to rule. Then Julius Caesar crosses the Rubicon and declares himself dictator for life! Julius was later murdered by the Senate because they are afraid he wants to be king.
- Rome's Greatest Speaker Cicero
- Octavian will restore the republic!!
- The second triumvirate was formed after Caesar's death. The triumvirate contained three men named Octavian, Antony, and Lepidus.
- Augustus
- People of Rome! My new name shall be Augustus, meaning The Majestic One!
- Lepidus soon retired. Antony traveled to Egypt and formed an alliance with Cleopatra, which starts a war between Antony and Octavian.
- After Antony is defeated by Octavian, a man named Cicero who is said to be Rome's greatest speaker, supports Octavian. Cicero believed that Octavian could restore the republic.
- Crowd: Yay! Go Octavian!
- Octavian restored the republic but limits the Senate's power. He then changes his name to Augustus.
