  • DESIGN DIAGRAMS * The design diagrams are the flexible visualization of the simulation steps in the animation view. * A use case diagram is a diagram that shows a set of use cases and actors and their relationships. It is used to model the context of a system and to model the requirements of a system. A use case captures some user-visible function * The UML diagram were added to illustrate the complaints process for Deakin staff in the form storyboard. This was shown to provide an overview of how complaint is processed. This was followed by an animation for brief but clear understanding of the sample.
  • USER STORIES * A user story is a written description of the story, which is used for planning, as a reminder and exhibit some characteristics of the use cases which helps to create a simplified description of a requirement. * Conversations about the story that serve to flesh out the details of the story. * Tests that convey and document details that can be used to determine when a story is complete.

  • CLIENT REQUIREMENTS * An animated video for the complaints process for DEAKIN staff. * The video should be compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. * Should include audio captions. * The video should be of 2-3 minutes. * Should be accessible through NVDA screen reader. * Should have a piece of suitable licensed background music depending upon the severity of the process.
