- Your lesson isn't very engaging... I'm bored!
- Why is my principal criticizing my teaching during my lesson... in front of my students?
- I feel like we're supposed to be focused on talking about the ethnography and her research methods, but her findings...
- Can you believe the boys are saying these things?!
- I've just considered that maybe we haven't been giving her enough credit for her objectivity... She's gay and surrounded by people using what amounts to LGBTQ+ hate speech... And she's keeping her cool...

- This interview conversation actually happened... And what if I had begun teaching college students before I learned all that I learned through transcription?
- I was thinking I'd say something like, "The interview should only take 30 to 45 minutes...
- Isn't that deliberately misleading your participant?
- So, like, when you talk to your, uh-- your students, about triangles... You've got to-- um-- make sure they remember that the triangle's size and orientation don't determine its, um, uh, classification. Ya know?
