- Academic paper publishes the discovery of whole bodies underneath the Moai heads in Easter Island. She is determined to see for herself. #160;Anthropologist struggles to find time and funding to travel to Easter Island. Finally obtains a partial grant to travel.

Finally obtains a partial grant to travel.#160;Anthropologist learns about the political divide between the indigenous people of Easter Island and the overseeing government entities that control access to and from Easter Island. She is told by local government it is ok to use a drone to photograph, but the Chilean government forbids it.

- Anthropologists's father falls down a flight of stairs on May 7, 2022. The family awaits the results of CT scans and X-rays. His memory is initially fine, but slowly begins to fade as blood pools around his brain.
- Anthropologist finally encounters the Moai in person and is overwhelmed. Creates a movement work to convey the conflicting information about the Moai.
- Memories of the family emerge in trying to find meaning about the Moai and why no one paid attention to the local people.Nobody remembered why the long ears and the short ears were at war. Anthropologist wills herself to remember by reliving the past.
- Anthropologist is reminded of how time erases a culture's memory of something as towering as the Moai and she is determined to hold time still in order to preserve the memory of her father.
