- In this scene Gandalf and Bilbo are meeting Borin in his house. This scene is important because this is were they meet him and get food, rest, and all of their food for their journey through the Dark Forest ahead.
- Chapter 10 : A Warm Welcome

- In this box it shows that Bilbo sees a boat on the other side of the river and tells the Dwarves, So then then can get across. This is a key detail in the story because this is were Bilbo and most of the Dwarves get across the river but sadly they lose a Dwarf in side of the river and had to stop.
- Chapter 11 : On The Doorstep
- In chapter nine it is were Bilbo frees the Dwarves and they all get free, this is important detail in the story because it is were they all get free in the Elf King. In the picture it shows that Bilbo is on the side of barrel and all of the other barrels (with the Dwarves in them ) are floating down the river.
- Chapter 12 : Inside Information
- "I`ve done it! This will show them. `More like a grocer than a burglar` indeed! Well, we`ll hear no more of that." PAGE 199
- In this scene the Dwarves and Bilbo arrive and the King's castle after a long trip on the river and Thorin tells the king that he is the grand son of Thror. This is an important detail in the story because this is were the meet the king and were the group stops to restore there heath and hunger
- "I am Thorin son of Thrain son of Thror king under the Mountain! I return!" Thorin said on page 181
- Inside of this chapter Bilbo and the dwarves find a path where the secert door is suppose to be and Bilbo is yelling at the other dwarves to put the key in the door. This is a important detail in the story because the is how they get into the moutain.
- " The key! The key!" cried Bilbo "The key!" shouted Bilbo " The key that went with the map! Try it now while there is still time!" PAGE 194
- In this scene Bilbo is walking up to Smaug the dragon to steal a piece of his priceless treasure and take it back to the Dwarves. This is important because this is were Bilbo awakes Smaug and Bilbo and the Dwarves have to hide in side of the cave.
