- The book starts off with Anne in a orphanedge. She is so happy to meet her new family. When Matthew comes to get her he quickly relizes that they asked for a boy not a girl. Anne quiclky falls in love with her new home, but little does she know that Matthew and Miralla my send her back to the orpanedge.

- Anne gets to come home when she is finshed with collage. Suddeleny Matthew dies of a heart attcak. Shortly after that all of the money in Marllia's bank account has ran out. Anne becomes a teacher at the school that she attended to when she was a little girl.

- Annes life is going well! she has alot of friends and school is great! She and her frineds decied to put her in a conue and it gets bad real fast!Later, Anne attends a boarding school to become a teacher.
- Anne and Marilla get on with thier lives. Anne loves teaching school and Marilla loves watching Anne grow up to be this funny, smart and kind woman.
