  • Ribosome
  • Golgi apparatus
  • Membrane

  • Ribosomes make protein which is important because that is what a lot of D.N.A codes. This is similar to the grocery store because it has food which is important to humans as we need it to survive.
  • Nucleus
  • Jimmy, you can NOT skip school!
  • The Golgi apparatus receives items from transport vesicles, sorts the material it receives, has enzymes that can modify molecules it receives, and it can determine where to send the molecules it receives. This is like the post office.
  • Vesicle
  • The membrane is semipermeable which means it only lets certain select materials in and out and by doing this it keeps things in the cell stable and it is keeping homeostasis. This is like the border control.
  • Rough endoplasmic reticulum

  • Aarhus International School
  • Welcome
  • The nucleus holds the D.N.A, controls the cell's activities, and inside itself it has a nucleolus which is where ribosomes can be produced. This is like the school. There is a kitchen or cafeteria in the school and the teachers at the school are in charge of controlling the kids activities.
  • Vesicles can have many different functions but many types function as storage of materials which is reminiscent of a warehouse in the city.
  • Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A
  • The rough endoplasmic reticulum is involved in protein producing and transporting. This reminds me of "Nemlig" a company that makes and transports food to people's homes in Aarhus.
