Epilepsy is a disease or condition which affects your brain by disrupting the electrical rhythms and making them unbalanced.The most common case is when he or she has a seizure.
AEDs Help to prevent epilepsy seizures for example Oxarbzepine, Brivaracetam and, Phenobarbital all help to stop seizures from occurring.

What are the main symptoms of Epilepsy?
The main symptoms are uncontrollable jerking, losing awareness and staring off into space, becoming stiff, strange sensations, collapsing and anxiety.
What are the main or biggest causes for Epilepsy?
Some of the main causes for epilepsy are a stroke, brain tumour, severe head injury, drug abuse, alcohol misuse, brain infection and lack of oxygen during birth.
I have some questions that I personally want to know. How long do seizures last?. Can I watch a movie if I have Epilepsy?. Is Epilepsy common?
Good questions. Seizures normally last from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If it continues for more than 5 minutes it is a medical emergency. You can watch a movie if its not full of colour and flashing lights but it all comes down to the person with Epilepsy. Epilepsy is the most common brain disease to exist.
What is the food options for Epilespy paitints?
The best diets options for Epilepsy pationts. Start with eating protien (including one piece of oily fish per week, drink from 6 to 8 glasses of water every day, have atleast 5 portions of vegitables or fruit every day, have dairy or dairy alternatives,base meals on carbohydrates like pasta, potatos or rice, don't eat foods with lots of fats sugars or salts and lastly choose unsaturated oils and spreads.
