You know, I really don't want to get pregnant, so I'd like to have an abortion.
I understand, but did you know that the Catholic Church considers abortion to be a sin?
According to the Church, human life begins at conception, and since God is the creator of life, it is not ours to take away. Furthermore, God endows us with free will and holds us accountable for our actions. So, when we conceive a child, God gives us the option of deciding whether or not to keep it. And once we make the decision to keep it, we are responsible for keeping it alive because we chose to accept God's gift.

I understand what you're saying, but what if I don't feel ready for this gift right now?
No problem! You can always place the child for adoption! You won't be taking a life this way, and the baby will still have a chance at life.
