Storyboard Text
Well, first the star is created due to goldilocks conditions. In less then a second, a star is born.
Have you ever wondered about the life cycle of a star?
This is a low mass star. During its main sequence, it is created of about > 98% hydrogen.
This stage takes up about 90% of its lifecycle. Over time about 1/3 of the hydrogen is transformed into helium.
During this stage, hydrogen in its core expands which forces the whole star to expand over 100 times in size.
After the main sequence, the star becomes a red giant. This takes up about 10% of the stars cycle.
The star has now turned into a planetary nebula. The core turns into a white dwarf while the outer gases are pushed out and away from the sun.
Once the star has released most of its gases it turns into a white dwarf.
The star is now made up of carbon and oxygen. It could also have some neon, magnesium, and helium.
The black dwarf is a cooled version of the white dwarf.
The universe hasn't been around long enough for any of these to exist yet.
After that the stars return back into nebulae to eventually become apart of another star.
And thats the life of a star!
