- Currently, Jinny and her parents as well encountering financial difficulties till Jinny couldn't afford to pay her exam fees. The PTPTN amount is also insufficient for her as she has her own daily expenses. In other words, she's clueless about how she gonna manage all the hurdles she facing right now.
- Jinny is upset because her family is unable to finance her studies. Jinny believes she will be able to get a higher pointer for next semester, but her family is unable to cover her tuition payments, which upsets and frustrates her.
- Jinny can assist her university counselling department counsellor, take in a lesson, and begin saving money to help them overcome their financial problems. She can then plan a spending strategy or budget to manage and avoid financial issues such as exam fees. Having a budgeting option simplifies her life and prevents her from making costly purchase.
- Jinny is unable to submit her project work and also is unable to attend her exam. If she does not pay the fees, she will not be able to view her timetable or any other important information on her university's website. Jinny will continue to struggle if she is unable to pay the fees, or has not been able to pay the fees recently.
- Jinny meets with the account department staff to request time for a payment delay. Then she asks lecturers if she may submit her assignment on Google Classroom or Padlet. She is unable to attend class because to unpaid fees, but she frequently asks about assignments and what is going on in class with her friends. She is also looking for a part-time job and a scholarship to help her pay for her studies.
- Jinny receives financial support from her friends and her lecturer in money to pay for this semester's fees. Jinny is making plans for her future to make it easier for her to reach her goal. Jinny needs to develop a study timetable for next semester and put in more effort to achieve her target pointer. Jinny has to get a part time job or sponsorship as soon as possible for financial reasons so that she can continue her studies.
