  • Who's on the the "New Land"? And our there any useful resources?
  • How big is our continent? Where our we on the globe? How far away are we from other places?
  • I know I want us to have "New Land"
  • We really need to contact European trade ships. Maybe we can trade then conquer original people of Siberia
  • We need to track European colonization and create a way for our trade. We also need a way to sail to China that goes around Siberia
  • We need to find out more about north eastern Siberia, and I also don't know if we are connected to America or not

  • Cossack-Savage fighters, special too, in a russian military group loyal to the Russian tsar, Voyager, 1648 sailed Siberian Coast to Anadyr River...passed through Bering Straight and found out more about the Earth and general information

  • May 15, 1725 Tobolsk They began their 4000 kilometer journey across Russia
  • We are now halfway at Irkutsk, and carrying these supplies sucks
  • Sleeping was nice when I got to, but I needed to observe and take notes on this unexplored land
  • They reached Okhotsk two years later
  • Brought the supplies to Kamchatka Peninsula to build the boat. They built the boat St.Gabriel and began their journey on July 25

  • Reasons for the second expedition were to greaten the Russian Empire, sought trade/taxation, and enthographic research
  • Reasons for second expedition
  • 4 detachments were sent across Russia to explore and many things were learned in many fields. Each detachment was in a different area from the mouth of Ob River to the mouth of Yenisey. From the mouth of Lena River to the mouth of Yenisey. From the mouth of the Lena River to the Chukchi Peninsula and Kamchatka.
  • Two craftsman named Makar Rogachev and Andrey Kozmin built the ships, Bering's people helped and i took tree years to make the St.Peter and St.Paul. Each ship held 76 men and had 14 cannons.
  • Voyage began 1741. Bering was leading St.Peter and Chirikov leading the St.Paul.
