  • It's really Easy! Open "Finish My Dish" and type in 3 ingredients
  • I have Rice, Tomato and Tuna
  • "Finish My Dish" App Enter: - Rice, Tomato and Tuna
  • Warm Rice, Tomato and Tuna Salad Serves 2 - 15 mins to prepare - 15 mins to cook 1/2 cup white long grain rice 2 x 85g cans tuna chunks 1 small cucumber, diced 1 tomato, diced 2 cups baby salad leaves Spinach and Fresh Herbs 1/2 cup reduced fat yoghurt 1 tbs olive oil 3 tbs lemon juice 1. Cook rice 2. Combine yoghurt dressing with black pepper 3. Stick it all in a bowl :-) Extra Healthy Tip - Use Brown Rice!
