- She finds a place to work remotely in the home office. VO: As part of USAA's continued focus on workplace flexibility, Suzy's job allows her to take her company-issued laptop and work from anywhere in the building.
- Lower third: Name, Title Suzy: It's great to have the freedom, but one of the challenges is that even though my job allows me to work anywhere, sometimes the technology isn't quite there yet. It can be tough to find a good wifi signal in a location I want to work.
