- Hi, my name is Willis Von, i am very exited to work here but don't have much experience.
- Hello Willis my name is Sarah Emerald, you don't have to worry, today i will be teaming you up with Mark, he has been with us for many years and he will teach you.

- Okay, today i will start to teach you the basics, i have a few customers coming today so i can show you some steps and you can do them yourself
- Okay, seems easy enough
- Here comes our fist client, I will be showing you how to wash, trim and highlight hair and later I will let you give it a try
- So how did he do
- Later that day
- He did very well, I showed him how to wash, trim and even highlight hair. And let him try and he did great. Every customer gave us a 5 star review.
- There was a malfunction with the blow dryer and almost started a fire but i controlled the situation before it escalated.
- That great, I'm glad everything worked out the way they should and learning those technical skills. Hope to see Willis as a trained barber in no time.
