- the VA Plan calls for 3 branches of government; executive, judicial and legislative but the last one will be in 2 parts were voters
- yes this plan sounds amazing
- I too have a plan to present created by me. it is called the New Jersey Plan. it provides a strong unicameral/ one house legislative. it would also give the government power to tax and control trade
- we do agree with Madison, we all reject your plan and will resume with the VA Plan
