Its is quite difficult to coordinate with the contractor in Philippines, they don't seem to get what I want for my home. I cant afford flying back and forth to explain what my ideas are.

I have applied to more than 300 companies and all of them likes my portfolio but the salary grade is too low

In Tondo, there isn't enough space to relax because there are so many houses. No room to breathe or unwind.
