  • Step 4: Home tours/ open houses: Now that your client trusts you and see's that you are there for them and are empathetic of their needs and wants, you can take them on tours of possible homes for them. This act shows professionalism and makes buyer more inclined to refer you for all the help you give. If you want to reach out to more clients then choose a property for an open house or event that could get you in touch with more possible clients

  • Step 5, Closing the deal: At this point your client should have trust in you because of your attentiveness to their needs, your guidance through the whole process, and how to portray yourself. As a real estate agent your not just doing your job but you should be trusted like a friend. Your clients will cherish you for not leading them astray in the process and your ability to connect with them and show empathy for their needs and wants.
  • I don't mind at all. Just remember that you can give me a call anytime for any of your issues or wonders about your home. We can always meet for coffee or lunch sometime.

  • Step 6, keeping contact: The job for a real estate agents isn't finished with selling or buying a home. You need to keep connects with your clients through going to lunches or making events in order to maintain your trust and even get referrals. As you keep you connections you will have a greater presence for future buyers or sellers as the agent that cares for their needs and will work tirelessly to help with all issues regarding to real estate.
