- The story starts with Mrs. Jones walking home late at night from work with her purse full of things ready to prepare dinner
- Should I go or stay here,he gave me her confidence...
- Roger trying to steal Mrs. Jones pocketbook.But he is kicked in the sitter by Mrs. Jones,he's caught and then gets threatened by her,he only said Sorry ma'am
- I was like you time ago,stealing for surviving,but I no longer steal
- You used to steal aswell?
- Mrs. Jones decides to take him home and clean his face,this is because in his house his parents don't care about him,he explains he wanted money for blue shoes
- Thank you ma'am,I will buy some shoes and never steal again
- Mrs. Jones leaves Roger unattended so he tries to decide should he run or stay,but finally decides on staying because he gave Roger his trust of not stealing anything.
- Roger learns that Mrs. Jones made mistakes in her life too ,but she continues to take care of his needs like a mother would do,he offers Roger to go to the store for Mrs. Jones because he wants to earn her trust
- Mrs. Jones gives him 10 bucks for the blue shoes,he says thanks and she closes the door,he never saw her again
