  • Yeah I'll be there. About the test, Have you finished learning the all the laws of motion?
  • It's simple to understand, I'll show you by using a real life example
  • That was a good game Want to play a game tomorrow after the test?
  • I know what is Newton's 1st and 2nd Law of motion but I don't understand the the 3rd law of motion.
  • Hit this ball with your bat and could you tell me what would be the action force and reaction force?
  • EXACTLY!
  • Let me explain Newton's 3rd Law with a few examples!
  • Ummmm...The Action Force should be the bat hitting the ball and The Reaction Force would be the ball hitting the bat, right?
  • For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
  • NEWTON'S 3RD LAW OF MOTION
  • If an object A exerts a force on object B, then object B must exert a force of equal magnitude and opposite direction back on object A.
  • NEWTON'S 3RD LAW OF MOTION in SOCCER
  • REACTION- The football moving from the force of the kick
  • ACTION- The Football player passing/kicking the ball to the other player
  • PASS IT HERE!
  • ACTION- Hand exerts a force on the basketball
  • REACTION- The ball exerts an equal and opposite force on the hand
  • NEWTON'S 3RD LAW OF MOTION IN BASKETBALL
  • Yes, you're absolutely correct. You should be ready for test now!
  • No problem! Bye
  • Oh.. I get it now. When a body exerts a force on another with experiencing a force itself like when we stand on the ground the Earth pulls us with gravity, so the we pull on the the Earth with gravity
  • Yeah I'm confident now to write the test. Well, Thank you for you're help. Goodbye for now and good luck for the test!
