- "I hear that, and I never wanted to make you feel that way. I’ve also been grappling with this—I want to be seen as a valuable contributor, but I don’t want to come across as overstepping. I wonder if we can find a way to balance our roles more effectively so that we both feel recognized for our contributions."
- "That makes sense. Maybe if we communicate more about how we can divide tasks and share the load, it would help us stay aligned. I think we both want what’s best for the team."
