- Lian Xing swept Gabe's old Safehouse in New Jersey before moving closer to Lian in Pennsylvania, she found a bug on his telephone in the kitchen. Eventually she found out, it came from Franklin Anderson's hired henchmen, known as Silver Cutthroat.
- Vehicles vs High Powered Weapons
- Syphon Filter 5, In an underwater cave level, there is a hidden room towards the beginning of the mission. Kill the first two enemies, take a key from the desk and a shovel. Dig in the marked wall. In it is an extra oxygen tank, a decoy to buy more time to escape, and thermal vision goggles.
- Museum In City Exploration
- Carrying machine guns, launchers, extra ammo will not only decrease mobility but also will create noise when moving. The Higher your mobility, the less you make noise.
- Characters Reaction When Damaged
- Non-armored vehicles only explode from rocket damage if hit 2 times or instant explosion if it hit its fuel guzzler. Helicopters are destroyed when a rocket hit its tail rotor once or hit 4 times. Armored ground vehicles hit 5 times on its sides or front, 4 times on top, or 3 times on its rear end.
- In the middle back part of the city, there is a new addition to agency headquarters called Museum of Agent's Past. The main attraction is the portrait rooms. Right side contains portraits of protagonists and Gabe has the largest portrait. On the left side are the antagonists and Franklin too has the largest portrait.
- All characters decrease in movement by 1% to 9% when suffering from damage
