- How Does Someone Know Where Exactly These Antagonists Are?
- Red Section Blows Up Argentina Safehouse
- Gabe Calls Teresa About The Blown Up House
- After Gabe's mission in Panama with the CBDC, he met a protester who reports every activity the Panamanian Cartel commit. He gets Gabe's cell phone number and regularly sends important details through text messages. Due to the Cartel's high notoriety, all of South America banded together and created a unified resistance armed force and have a connection to Gabe, Lian, and Teresa from the beginning of the game.
- ATF Infiltrates A Compound In Uruguay
- Because Gabe continued to pursue Franklin, he ordered Red Section agents to blow up his safe house. The only thing they have is their cell phone and wallet. They contact their local protesters to find out where the went. They fled back to Uruguay. The protesters informed that Red Section and Panamanian Cartel are everywhere in Mexico and South America. They are recruited after receiving a new organ from an organ donor.
- A Video Tape and a Transaction To Guyana Harvesting Lab
- Teresa got information from protestors from (insert South American country here) and said there may be sex trafficking victims there. Gabe and Lian contacts Maksim about their situation. Maksim picks them up and brings them to a motel in Guyana. Teresa and Dusty Oakland take two of these missions. Their main objective is to rescue possible sex slaves and find traces to the main boss.
- Maksim Have One Lead
- After a phone call from a Uruguay resident about a black and silver semi truck said to be carrying illegal goods located in the town, Teresa later finds it going into a compound. Strangely the entrance is not guarded, apparently no one is expecting a stranger to walk into their compound. Teresa, Dusty, and ATF squad, and agent Kelly infiltrate the compound. So far they found a few armed guards but nothing yet.
- Almost one hour after the compound have been infiltrated, one of the ATF agents found a VHS tape explaining lab workers harvesting organs to recruit more people who received new organs to join Red Section. A cry has been heard from on the other side of a corridor. 4 victims of sex trafficking have been found. They know nothing of the terrorist whereabouts but lead to a large pile of money with finger prints on it. It lead to lab workers in Guyana after being closely examined.
- Maksim, Gabe, and Lian only have one objective at Guyana. Find the organ harvesting lab and interrogate one scientist. After one scientist have been interrogated, the scientist confessed Franklin has a fortress island in Venezuela but is not there right now. He might be hiding in an underwater facility. Lian calls Teresa and updates the new location. In Maksim's motel room, the whole squad discuss how to take down these terrorist organizations without collateral damage.
