- Mary contacts Karen at ABC Travel to book a cruise on the Queen Mary 2.
- Karen uses Live Connect to book & download the cruise info into ClientBase. She also books air, hotel, transfers and recommends several tours.
- Karen receives iZento trip link personalized for Mary’s trip, reviews the itinerary and emails it to Mary and her husband John.
