- It is the Annual Summer Festival where people of all ages socialize and gather to play and celebrate...
- At the Green Field, competitors play with and ride their horses around in preparation for the traditional yearly horse race

- Families enjoy the abundant outdoor activities in Omelas' beautiful spring weather, such as carriage rides!
- The happy people of Omelas shop at the farmer's market stocked with plentiful fruit and vegetables
- It's time to show you the secret we show all kids when they turn 13!

- The group enters down a deep basement inside of one of the homes in Omelas.
- Just a little bit further...
- What is that whining noise?!
- This is the child that everyone knows about?!
- Let me out! I'll be good! I promise!
- He's covered in his own feces! You can see its bones!
- Without this child, everything you know and love would wither away.
- The happiness in Omelas relies soley on the suffering of this young child.
- I'll never be the same....
- Some choose to understand they cannot help the child and continue on knowing the child exist....
- While some people return and cry for days... filled with anger and disgust
- I want to help that child...
- Some never return home after seeing the child. They choose to continue walking...
- Through the pearly gates of Omelas...
- and into the unknown...
- They leave the city of happiness to a place they don't even understand yet.
