  • In the beginning...
  • when you are invited of any man to a wedding; do not sit down in the highest place. Perhaps a more honourable man than you has also been invited
  • Important note by Kailen: As Jesus has been many banquets and parties, and he has had much experience with what is right and what is wrong, especially since he is the Son of God.
  • The guest on the left: Thinks highly of oneself, and places themselves the highest ranking.The guest on the right: Very humble of thy self, and automatically places themselves as the lowest ranking.
  • There is a possibility that the person who has invited you, tells you to give someone else a more honorable and higher ranking compared to you. This will make you embarrassed, taking the lowest seat at the table.
  • Friend go up higher
  • The person whose told to go up higher, shall have a good opinion from those who are in that group.
  • Whoever thinks high of himself shall be brought to a low state or be humbled. The one who thinks low of himself shall be brought to a higher state.
  • I guess I should be more humble next time!

  • When you make a dinner or supper, do not call your friends, or your brothers, or kinsmen or your rich neighbours so that they can also invite you as a pay back (Luke 14:12)

  • From now on, I will invite all the poor, so that I will get greater rewards instead of other invitations!

  • Therefore, you shall invite the just, blind, poor, maimed, etc. This will allow you to got get an invite back. Your reward for such good deed, would be the resurrection of the just.
