Narration to explain that ARU’s regulations have guidance about when and how short extensions can be considered and that it is important that students know this before an assessment period, highlight this is part of our support package for our students.

Narration to explain that 2 pm on the deadline day is the latest time a student can apply for a short extension request. If granted, this can allow students 10 additional working days to complete their work. Explain that 10 working days is normally 2 weeks unless there is a bank holiday. Need to know module code, title and elements (010. 011 etc).
