- Hey guys, remember about our class earlier?
- Yes, about the artifacts. Did you all know that without them we wouldn't know about almost anything in the past?
- Wow, so our teacher wasn't really just overreacting earlier?
- Yes it is that important because they serve as proof that people did exist long way before us.
- That's like having artifacts as the key to bringing back the memories of life.
- Wow, that's so cool! Now that I think about it, I feel bad for archaeologists because they have to wait for a long time just to find an artifact.
- But considering that archaeologists are the first ones to discover all kinds of things from before, it kind of makes you want to be an archaeologist, right?
- Hmm.. After hearing about artifacts earlier in class, I wonder if everyone else is interested in learning more about it..
- Whoah! Dentistry? that's cool! I still prefer to be a lawyer though!
- I'm going to take education for college because I want to be a teacher!
- Really? I'm going to take dentistry!
- I know right, their job might be really hard but it is kind of exciting to discover something that may be a big part of history
- Yeah! I heard that artifacts are a primary source because they provide a concrete dimension to your evidence. That is why it is very valuable to archaeologists.
- Oh my, now I think I'm interested to the topic, I wish I listened carefully to our lecture earlier..
- Well, I was kind of dozing off at the lecture earlier too but the topic made me want to listen.
- Yeah, you two should've told us that the topic is interesting!
- Our teacher was also explaining it quite well that's why it made me want to actually listen to the lecture and I'm glad I did.
- Oh,so That's why you two know a lot about it..
- Yeah! And this time you wouldn't have to worry dozing off!
- Well then, if you two are really interested, we can tell you more about it!
