  • Participants define 7 common outcomes... focus groups should reduce those to about 4 - 5 common outcomes
  • How do we define "Outcomes"?
  • Outcomes are specific characterizations of what a ministry or agency or sector is working to achieve, rather than visionary or inspirational statements that are difficult to measure.
  • Participants craft 4 Vision and 5 Mission Statements for consideration for MOF staff!   Bring on the "focus groups".....
  • What is a Vision Statement?
  • - An aspiration  statement about the future of our business - An expression of what we are striving to become - Our imagining of our business at its best
