- While at the mall Audrey sees a sign explaining there's a carnival just outside and decides she'd like to go along there too so she asks him if he'd like to go

- Audrey and her friend will need to sign a waiver at the fair so that they can't sue them if something bad happens. This is a fair agreement and would be considered a lawful act.
