My sister, Joan, is a school nurse. I was visiting her over the weekend and she told me about some things I can do to better prepare...that didn't include studying!
Prepare without studying..uh huh, right!?

Ladies, Here are some things you can do to boost BRAIN power!
1. Drink plenty of water. Your brain works best when it's hydrated. 2. Snack on brain superfoods that have been proven to improve concentration and memory, such as: * almonds/nuts * yogurt * blueberries *oatmeal *fish
3. AVOID SUGARY SNACKS AND DRINKS. 4. Say NO to cramming. Plan out study time in advance. This will reduce stress. 5. Say YES to excercise. 20 minutes can boost energy and reduce the effects of stress. 6. Take 5-10 minute breaks every hour when studying. 7. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
