  • This shower feels so good and my sun burn hurts a lot less!
  • You're right! The shower and the lotion really helped! How can I prevent myself from getting another sunburn?
  • First off, wear sunscreen. Secondly, you should wear clothing that covers your arms and legs. Next, you should always keep handy a hat and some sunglasses. Lastly, stay in the shade, away from the sun.
  • Also try to not go outside as much from 10 am to 4 pm.  These are the most hazardous times for UV exposure. If you do decide to go out however, remember to have lots of protection from the sun!
  • So I guess no more tanning then?
  • I would try to stay away from it. Surprisingly, tanning is just as bad for you as getting a burn! Wear sunscreen that is SPF 30+ and reapply it every 2 hours or so.
  • So wear sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and clothing that covers you to prevent skin cancer! And if you do get a sun burn use aloe to soothe it!
