- Hippolyta and Theseus are in the city and Hippolyta is desperate to get married. Egeus is there too and he is annoyed that is daughter doesn't like Demetrius, Theseus bring Hermia over to have choices with what she wants in her life she is given Execution, go to a nunnery, or listen to your father. Lysander walks in and they make plans to run off into the enchanted forest and reach Lysander's aunts house. Helena walks in and hermia tell her about Lysander's plans. Helina tells Demetrius.
- The Mechanicals walk in and are talking about their new play, Bottom thinks he should have all the parts as he is the best actor, the others get girl parts and are not happy about it. Bottom gets Pyramus, Flute gets Thisbe, Starveling gets Thisbe's mother, Snout gets Thisbe's father and snug gets the lion.
- Puck and the Faries walk on stage puck scares the and they all mention how he is mischievous Titania walk on and are arguing and Oberon. He decides he is going to put Titania in love with something horrible so he fetches puck to collect the magic flower, Puck comes back they sprinkle it on Titania and Oberon says t sprinkle it on a man from athens who is Demetrius but he mistakes him for Lysander.
- Titania falls asleep and Puck turns Bottom into a donkey Titania wakes and falls in love with the donkey. Meanwhile Lysander and Hermia are sleeping Helena find Lysander and because Lysander had the love potion Lysander falls in love with Helena he chases Helena off the stage.
- Demetrius and Hermia enter arguing about how she doesn't like him Puck fixes Lysander to Hermia and then the boys argue over her nobody likes Helina and the girls argue Puck cleans things up and the king and queen find them and they all go home
- Everyone watches the Mechanical's perform and they are all happy.
