  • I hate to hear that. I suggest that people can feel down when they don't think they are productive.
  • I've been feeling a bit depressed lately because of this pandemic.
  • Sure! I've got a few ideas for the things you can do.
  • Ohh...How can I be productive?Could you please help me?
  • You might want to read a book series. Book can exercise our brain, build our vocabularies, lowers stress and it can also enhance our imagination.
  • You can also learn a new skill. This could be learning the rules of a game (chess is a good example) or how to play an instrument. Practicing an instrument can be good fun, and it's also an inventive way to keep yourself entertained and constantly learning.
  • Meditating is a must. We should be mindful of our surroundings. Meditation might help you get a bit of peace of mind in times of uncertainty.
  • You will have to find a quiet space, sit or lie comfortably, light some candles and clear your mind with some therapeutic meditation music.
  • How should we meditate?
  • You have to form a routine for your new activities. Most importantly be sure to write down a routine of the activities which you will be doing trying for the first time on a weekly basis. You must stick to your routine and form the habits to keep you working and keep you productive during this pandemic.
