Jake and Alex were in the same class in elementary school. Now in middle school they have Language Arts together. Alex do’s to know if Jake remembers him. But he still wants to hangout.
Now the class is in gym. They all need to run a mile on the track. Everyone starts to run and they eventually start to get tired. So Alex decides that it is a good idea to go up to Jake and ask if he wants to hang out . Right away when Alex goes up to Jake, Jake immediately runs faster and try’s to get away from him. Alex is confused and goes back up to him. But once again Jake says get away I don’t want to talk to you loser.
Then after school Alex sees Jake standing there and doesn’t even bother to talk to him. But then the unexpected happened Jake stopped Alex and said to him. Alex I’m sorry for not talking to you during gym. I don’t know what got into me. But I was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime? And Alex said sure. Ok its settled meet me at my house at 4 o’clock right after school. And do you want to sit togethar on the bus ride home? Sure.
On the bus ride home both Jake and Alex talked to eachother about how middle school was going. They both said good and nothing was too hard. And it was very new. But a good kind of new. Then they saw here’s our street.
Then when they got home they ran right upstairs and jumped on the bed. Then they talked some more and had a great time. Alex was so happy and relieved that they were friends again.
