Hi there! My name is Dayne, and like you, I deal with stress! My main stressors are school, sports and home life, which are common for some. Here are some ways I cope with my stress.

If I am feeling stressed about something, I play soccer to let my nerves out. Soccer makes me feel happy and it focuses my mind and body on something else.

When I am hanging out with my friends outside of school, I tend to feel less stress, especially if I am with positive people.

Do things that make you happy!
Sometimes, a way to cope with stress is by solving the problem. For example, if I am nervous about a math test, studying helps me feel better and more confident about my math abilities.

Occasionally, if I feel stress, I take time to myself and think about the reason I am stressed. It makes me feel better to know what I am dealing with, and if I can find a solution.
