- Ashley: I'm STILL finding slime in my hair thanks to that BRAT! The sleepover was so boring I told Terresa to mimic the loser's voice so we could get some excitement. Big mistake. She was onto us. I had to do SOMETHING so, I picked out a horror movie so I could embarrass her online. It didn't work. Now, I have Jennifer and this new girl named Lorrie to help me. We're all athletic too. I'm a cheerleader, Jennifer's a ballerina, and Lorrie is a gymnast. That means that we have an advantage. I'm going to crush Clara like a bug. Her friends too. I'm coming, Clara!!!
- I play with the feeling of water running in and out of my toes while my siblings splash in the water. My little sister Emily squeals every time she gets out of the water and waddle-runs screaming, "Again! Again!" It's a really cute thing to see but it gets kind of annoying. My parents were talking when Mom's phone rang. "Hold on, hello?" My mother says. "Hey, Samantha! How's Ashley?" I hold my breath as my mom's happy face flats into a frown. "Really? You're daughter?" I smile wickedly. Ashely must have made a mistake and planned a prank in front of her mom. "I'll tell Clara." I get up and go inside, a smile never leaving my face.
- Mom came in my room and told me what Mrs.Smith had said on the phone. "Remeber that Ashley girl?" My mom asks and I just look at her. "Well, she was planning a prank on you! I thought she said she was fine with the slime thing because it got you suspended for a few days but she really wants to hurt you." I nod and lay on my bed, waiting for more. "She also said one more thing. Party At The Parthenon." I smile and close my eyes. "Isn't the Parthenon a greek building?" We say our good-nights and the next morning, I head to Parthenon Tunnel to face off my biggest rival.
- No surprise: my friend group is way bigger than Ashley's. "Team Winner versus Team Loser." Ashley hissed when we first arrived. "Team Winner has arrived." Hannah snaps back. Ashley turns bright red at the sight of Amara. "TERRESA! GET OVER HERE NOW!" Ashley grabs Amara's arm and everyone laughs. "WHAT?!" Ashley yells. Jennifer clears her throat and pointed at Terresa. "Boys, would you do the honors?" Chelsea says. Carter and Marcus walk out from behind the tunnel entrance and exit, blocking the only ways out and dumping vomit all over Lorrie and Jennifer. Ashely laughs but ends up with a mouth full of oatmeal, spoiled milk, and slime. "URG!" Ashley stomps out followed by Jennifer and Lorrie. "We're in the lead AGAIN!" Kinsey shouts and we all cheer.
- Ashley: the mysterious man I met a few weeks ago appears in front of my face. "Oh...you," I whisper. "I am a girl, no need to keep calling me mystery-man." She was using a voice modulator. "You're eyes are red." I breathe. She nods. "I've always had red eyes, Ash." I gasp. "Only Jennifer calls me Ash!" She smiles. Jennifer turns around and whispers something. "Family is forever." another hoodied person walked about followed by a shorter and shortest hoodied figure. "Aunt Lilac," Jennifer calls sweetly. "Come on over here." I shake my head. "Your only aunt is..." I don't need the dumpster trash anymore, they were here.
- I will never forget the look on Ashley's face as she wildly ran away from me, Emily, Marcus, and Jennifer. My mom was never there. Not even my friends knew that Jennifer and I had a truce. Marcus knew the whole time. Jenni and I walk across the road to meet up with Lorrie. "She's kind of shy. She hasn't spoken much." Jennifer explains. We all meet up in the front room of my house so I could explain. "Jennifer has been staying in the room near Marcus's gaming room. When she heard about Lavender, her enemy from grade school, getting expelled, she came right over. Jennifer was there when San Francisco was lifted off the earth and had jumped down and landed here. Jenni was badly injured and suffered an eye disease, making her eyes red." Everyone just nodded. "But it's not over yet."
