  • (n.) A number greater than one that can only be divided by one and itself. Marlee recites prime numbers in her head when she gets nervous.
  • (n.) An infectious disease that causes fever and a red skin rash, most commonly in children. Marlee gets the measles and gets very sick. There is a vaccine now, so the measles aren't common now.
  • (n.) An activist is someone who campaigns to bring about social or political change. Miss Winthrop, Marlee's Sunday School teacher, is an activist who Marlee looks up to.
