- Milton, grandpa and Timmy are a family of three and when a tragic event happens we will see how they resolve it and try to make the best out of the problems they will soon encounter.
- The Climax
- Grandpa has been in an accident and it is clear that things will never be the same again for sadness has knocked on the licorice family door and this event has left them all to wonder if grandpa will ever recover from this tragic event.
- Falling Action
- It did not take long for something to happen to their wonderful idea (of the fish pot to save money on food) but the bully jester happened and soon enough the boys found out that he was stealing their food that they caught in the fish pot so Milton decided to confront him when they saw What he was doing.
- The Resolution
- To solve their low money problem the boys decided to make a stall with the help of the Chaney’s selling food at the Christmas fair this idea was successful but what was to be done with the money earned is still a mystery to grandpa.
- With all the effort they put into the stall the money was earned and saw they were going to use it to get a gift for grandpa so he could regain is full happiness. But with making this decision came a task that Milton took upon himself to do train a donkey so he could pull the buggy.
- With all the work the boys put in it finally paid off and they were able to get the buggy for grandpa and on Sunday he indeed went to church and rang the bell and that’s how you know he was satisfied with his new life.
