  • Can't wait to plant my garden!
  • It is time to plant some flowers for spring.
  • Let's get started with these seeds.
  • The seeds are placed in the garden.
  • Now, I will plant some trees.
  • The bee is looking to do his job as a pollinator. He can't find any plants in the backyard. Next, he flies to the front of the house to see what he can find.
  • As the weather grows warmer, the yard continues to grow more colorful.
  • The poor bee can't believe his eyes. He wonders how can we live without plants. Then he notices a young man looking at the ground.
  • Now, the plants and trees are filling out and growing bigger.
  • The man is going to plant some seeds, so flowers will grow. The bee is happy because he is looking for some work.
  • As bees pollinate and seeds are dropped or carried in the wind, new plants may continue to grow.

  • The plant starts life as a seed, which germinates and grows into a plant.
  • The entire yard looks amazing because of the living plants with all kinds of color.
  • Trees need to be planted too. Most people buy young trees to transplant in their yards. Large holes are dug in order to make sure the roots have room.
  • The plant cycle will continue as living things depend on one another.
  • The seed, soil, and sunlight need time to work together to help the seeds grow. The trees will also soak up the water, sun, and nutrients in the soil to grow.
  • Like people, plants grow at different rates. Plants need some care to continue to blossom and grow through their cycle.
  • The developed plant produces flowers, which are fertilized and produce seeds in a fruit or seedpod.
  • Also, the bees go from flower to flower to pollinate helping the plants grow.
  • The plant eventually dies, leaving seeds which germinate to produce new plants.
  • As the weather turns colder the plants die and the bees leave. Next spring will come again.
