Domain and RangeThe domain of a function f(x)f(x) is the set of all values for which the function is defined, and the range of the function is the set of all values that ff takes.
Hi Marie, do you know that we have a new lesson now
Oh! really? what could it be?
okay but you two should listen carefully
That's is our lesson for today and you two are going to have quizes
But Miss, how can we answer our quizzes if you haven't taught us that yet
Lesson For Today:Functions-Domain-Range
Could you teach us that first, Miss, before you give us a quiz
function, is an expression, rule, or law that defines a relationship between one variable (the independent variable) and another variable (the dependent variable).
Lesson For Today:Functions-Domain-Range
What is function Miss?
To find the domain and range, we simply solve the equation y = f(x) to determine the values of the independent variable x and obtain the domain. To calculate the range of the function, we simply express x as x=g(y) and then find the domain of g(y).
How about the domain and range miss? can you tell us about that?
Now, do you two understand what I taught?

YESSS!! Miss
YESS!!
