  • Vivienne Beaumier says this quote to Pastor Luc when he wishes that God would end the evil that the Nazis were committing. She and her husband are not Jewish but they risked their lives to help Sara. Grandmère tells her grandson that if it were not for Julien Beaumier and his kindness, she may not have survived. It is up to everyone to speak out and work to stop prejudice and injustice whether they are the direct victims of it or not. She urges Julian to carry on the kindness and activism of his namesake and make sure the world "Never Forgets".
