Banduras spotlight effect is the overestimate of others noticing and evaluating us. Also apart of the effect is self esteem and efficancy which is the feeling of high or low self worth and sense of competence on a task. Because of this, the example shows how i would be overestimating other peoples notice of my new haircut which in reality they really don't seem to notice.
Eysenck's view was that personality was reduced into variations such as extraversion - introversion ; emotional stability - instability. He also believed that these factors are genetically influenced. Since its genetically influenced, my parents are both introverts so I would also be one. Because of this I would stay all alone or a place with less people if I were to be in a party.
