Exposition- the exposition or the first cell is when Ms.Kinnian tells charlie he got selected for the operation and or experiment
conflict- the conflict or the second cell is when charlie gets called in to do a maze race with Algernon before the operation along with a few other tests but charlie being disabled could not solve them which gets him frustrated
rising action- the rising action or the third cell is when charlie is in between the operation being done on his brain to increase his understanding and his ability to comprehend ideas and concepts
climax- the climax or the fourth cell is when charlie is made fun of by his coworkers and charlie now being able to comprehend concepts he now knows what they mean and they are just being mean so he becomes angry and embarrassed
falling action- the falling action or the fifth cell is when charlie takes Ms.Kinnian out for dinner and being the genius he is now he cant connect with Ms.Kinnians limited knowledge and he feels bad and confused
resolution- the resolution or the sixth and final cell is when charlie's experiment and ability to retain and comprehend is now decreasing as fast as it increased he realizes everyone around him s just feeling pity for him so he decides to move to new york for a fresh start and reminding to put flowers for Algernon because he was so important in his journey and life now.
