- Hunter gatherers have to hunt to provide for their family's.
- Why do we have to do this anyway! It's boring!
- We have to kill cows for food, because the women can only gather fruit.
- People progressed to early farming by hand.
- I'm so tired because I've been farming all day! I wish we could do something else other than farming by hand!
- People started specializing in jobs such as teachers or hunters.
- People started having permanent homes.
- Why?
- I guess you're right. I will stay too.
- You know what I'm tired of moving homes. I think I will stay right here.
- I have everything I need.
- Once people settled down once and for all, the population began to grow.
- Oh, I guess now that people are staying in one place we have more space to spread out so I thought it might be time to extend our family.
- Maybe you're right.
- How come you have so many kids?
- People invented writing so that they could keep track of things.

- Eureka! I have invented something called writing! you get wet clay and a stylus and carve symbols on it!
